3.01: "Yellowship Service" (Season Premiere)
Homey and friends take a trip on Krusty Kruiselines in a parody of the movie "Titanic".
3.02: "The Moe, the Maria"
A new girl named Maria comes to school and Moe is intantly in love but she has a crush on Homey. Moe does everything he can to impress her while Homey does everything he can to avoid her.
3.03: "I Frink, Therefore I Slam"
Homey joins the wrestling team with some thanks to John Frink's latest experiment.
3.04: "Homey and the Donut Factory"
A parody of "Willie Wonka" where Homey finds a golden donut and wins a tour of the donut factory. Hilarity ensues.
3.05: "Groundskeeper Willard" (Halloween Special)
A parody of the movie "Willard" in which Groundskepper Willie Sr. trains rats to do his bidding.
3.06: "A Frink-le in Time"
In a sequel to the very first "Little Homey" episode, "Partners in Time", John Frink brings his time machine back to school for show-and-tell, but, once again, Homey just has to try it (guess he hasn't learned his lesson). Things go bad when Homey and Frink (this time, accompanied by Margie, Moe, and Flanders) find themselves in the Springfield of the future.
3.07: "Art Barney"
Barney begins submitting cartoons to the school newspaper and soon has no time for his friends. Feeling rejected, Homey sabatoges Barney's strip and later feels terrible about it. He wants to tell Barney but doesn't want Barney mad at him.
3.08: "Where the Deer and the Antelope Flay"
Homey's class takes a field trip to a dude ranch. However, Homey and friends soon get separated from the rest. When they are attacked by a mob of angry animals, they are forced to defend themselves.
3.09: "It's a Dunderful Life" (Christmas Special)
A parody of "It's a Wonderful Life" in which John Frink's newest invention shows Homey what the world would be like without him.
3.10: "Some Body Waits For You"
A story based on the flashback scenes from "The Blunder Years" (Homey finding Smithers' dad's corpse).
3.11: "Dance For Your Life"
Shelbyville plants a bomb under the streets of Springfield. When the citizens realize that the bomb can be diffused by motion, they begin to dance all over the place. They soon get tired and decide to employ the best reasonably priced dancers they can find.
3.12: "I Pity the School"
When Springfield Elementary is mistaken for a charity case, the faculty realizes that they are a disgrace. However, they soon realize that they can use pity to get funds from the public.
3.13: "Tic- Tac- D'OH!"
Homey begins to lose at all the games he's usually good at. He plans one final score to show that he's still got what it takes.
3.14: "Yellow Fever"
A virus begins to spread at Springfield Elementary. When all of the students are out sick, the faculty has a big party and accidentaly trashes the school.
3.15: "Forest Grump"
Homey's scout troup takes a camping trip and his group has the misfortune of having a campsite near an unpleasant old man that wants them out.
3.16: "Based on a Truant Story"
Homey skips school and soon finds that it's more trouble than it's worth.
3.17: "Big Momma's Louse" part 1
It's Mother's Day. When Homey asks his father whatever happened to his mother, he is unable to come up with a plausable story. Homey soon gets suspicious that his she may not really be dead and is determined to find out what happened to her. To be continued.
3.18: "Big Momma's Louse" Part 2
Homey finds out that his mother may have run because she destroyed Burn's chemical lab but soon dumps the theory when he realizes he's lost. Meanwhile, Abe searches for Homey but fears he may be gone for good..
3.19: "Margie-wren"
Margie finds an injured wren in the backyard and decides to nurse it back to health. However, it's more trouble than she expected.
3.20: "Battle at Burger Hill" (finale)
A new fastfood restaraunt moves to Springfield and Krusty begins to worry that it may run Krustyburger out of business. Desperate, he asks Homey and friends to help him stay in business.
